Meet Remedy 1

Meet Remedy 1, our aerial inspection drone! Our home inspections include drone photography at no extra cost when weather, site conditions, and airspace restrictions permit. Aerial images help us assess visible roof and exterior conditions from additional viewpoints.

FAA-Certified Drone Pilot

Your home inspector, Eric Mohlenhoff, holds an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate. Drone operations are conducted under applicable FAA Part 107 requirements.

Spot Potential Defects

Aerial images can help identify visible concerns such as missing shingles, debris in gutters, and damaged roof components. Drone photography supplements the visual inspection; it cannot reveal concealed defects or every roof condition.

High Resolution Images

All images are taken from a DJI Mavic Air 2. It’s equipped with a 48MP camera which allows for crystal clear photos.
